By accessing or using Rightouch Academy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, custom software solutions, and consulting services.

Rightouch Academy provides technology consulting and development services including:

• Custom web application development
• Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
• Software consulting and architecture design
• Digital transformation services
• Cybersecurity assessments and implementations
• IT consulting and strategy
• Maintenance and support services

All services are provided according to the specifications outlined in individual project agreements and statements of work.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required
• Make payments according to agreed terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. General terms include:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Work may be suspended for overdue accounts
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Refunds are subject to the terms of individual agreements
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

Intellectual property rights are governed by individual project agreements. Generally:

• Custom developed code and solutions are typically transferred to the client upon full payment
• Pre-existing Rightouch Academy intellectual property remains our property
• Third-party components are subject to their respective licenses
• Clients retain ownership of their data and content
• Rightouch Academy retains the right to use general knowledge and experience gained

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rightouch Academy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for services
• Issues arising from third-party services or components
• Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort, or otherwise.
