  • Partial refunds may be considered based on work completed and milestones achieved
  • No refunds after 50% project completion or final delivery acceptance
  • Change requests may affect refund eligibility

Monthly Subscription Services

  • 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
  • Prorated refunds for annual subscriptions within first 30 days
  • No refunds for partial months of service used
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing cycle

Digital Products & Software Licenses

  • 7-day refund window from date of purchase
  • No refunds for downloaded digital products after 24 hours
  • Refunds not available if license terms have been violated
  • Technical issues will be resolved before considering refunds

Consulting & Advisory Services

  • Refunds available within 24 hours of booking if session hasn't occurred
  • No refunds for completed consultation sessions
  • Rescheduling available up to 48 hours before appointment
  • Package deals subject to prorated refund calculations

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your services or subscriptions according to the following terms:

Project Cancellation

Custom development projects can be cancelled with written notice:

  • Before project start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • During development: Payment for completed work plus cancellation fee
  • After milestone approval: No cancellation, only scope reduction possible
Subscription Cancellation

Monthly or annual subscriptions can be cancelled:

  • At any time through your account dashboard
  • By contacting our support team
  • Cancellation effective at end of current billing period
  • Access continues until subscription expires
Emergency Cancellation

In case of business closure, death, or other extraordinary circumstances, special cancellation terms may apply. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Conditions & Limitations

The following conditions apply to all refund and cancellation requests:

  • All refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
  • Processing fees and third-party charges are non-refundable

  • Custom work and intellectual property transfers are non-refundable once delivered
Non-Refundable Items

Domain registrations, third-party software licenses, and services provided by external vendors are non-refundable.
